Yevheniia Sakovets Data integrity and software quality

Methodology and practice

What software reports about your data is not always what happened to it.

Thirteen years in software testing, across mobile and IoT systems, medical device software, enterprise e-commerce, high-load financial data distribution, and consumer privacy and security software.

Author of the Chain of Custody Verification methodology. Conference speaker, industry awards judge, and mentor to quality assurance professionals entering the United States workforce.

Methodology

Chain of Custody Verification (CoCV) is an open methodology for detecting silent protection failures: cases where software reports that a protective operation succeeded while the operation did not complete. Published with a reference implementation, developed independently of any employer, under open licences.
